Better than the rest in the pack, but really that isnt saying much. Sorry guys, your entire UI/UX is pretty awful when it comes to planing, creating, and logging workouts. Why is it that I still cant do something as basic as re order exercises in my workout. The workout name section being below the moves makes no sense. The "plan" section has workouts in it from last year for some reason... If you really want to be excel, allow a user to make a template for their workouts. Something that gives them options for working each muscle that they can add to and remove from on that day. Then let me cluster them into a workout plan, I want to plan my workouts with a goal in mind – not one off.
